Looking good!

I've just had a quick play with it, and I'll certainly be using it to add some status LEDs to my lathe screen. Are we limited to what items are already included in each screen, or is it possible to add extra ones? I'm thinking of things like for adding extra graphics into screens.

I did have a few issues getting Avast to let me run the installer and the program, so had to disable Avast to get it running, but all went well after that.

One thing I did notice though, was I never uninstalled the older 4.33 version on my laptop, so in the start menu under Dynomotion, everything got over written with the exception of KMotion, with the new one being name KMotionXXX.

Got V4.34b installed on my desktop Windows7 home. But when i try to launch KmotionCNC i get a KMotionCNC.exe System Error window stating... " The program cant start because FTDXX.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have tried uninstalling and deleting V4.34b folder. Then reinstalling but still get same error window. Wasnt there a patch or something for this?

Hi Moray,

Oops.  Thanks for pointing out the KMotionXXX bug.  Please correct the shortcut to be sure to be running the new Version of KMotion.exe.

The "Custom" Screen is the basis for all the Screens.  It has 50 spare "Labels" that can be used for LEDs, Push Buttons, Bitmap Graphics, Text Labels and so forth.  They can also be re-purposed dynamically.  But currently we don't have a mechanism for adding more so you are limited to those.  See the Attached Screen Shot.

Hi Troy,

I think you meant to sat FTD2XX.dll ??

I believe that is because the KFLOP Drivers were never installed on that system.  Is that correct?

You should be able to copy the file:

C:\KMotion434b\USB Driver\i386\ftd2xx.dll

to:

C:\KMotion434b\KMotion\Release

to resolve that problem.

Thats correct, i have not installed KFLOP on this PC. Copied over dll and all is working now.

Just added a basic VertBar Style.  See below.  Where a persist Variable as a float from 0.0 - 1.0 sets the line between the two colors.

It will be in the next Release.
